Weekly Hobby Update 10.24.22

The biggest update from this past week is the completion of my Horus Heresy Dark Angel army, or at least the start of it.  I am really thrilled to have this army knocked out in a month's time, even when I felt like I was slow burning it the whole time.  I do plan to add more to the army over time, but I can officially play 2000pt games both with and without The Lion to suit my opponent's taste.  Enjoy the photo dump and let me know what I should add next to the army when I get around to expanding my Legion!

While not as impressive as photos of a completed army I am excited about a few hobby pickups this past week s well.  My usual White Dwarf Magazine, some Napoleonic research material, and the new Lumineth Battletome along with Cathallar.  I have been having the itch to grow my Luminth army as of late, likely due to my recent High Elf hobbying, so I might add a unit or two in the coming months for a bit of a side project.  One such side project is a few Roman Calvary pictured below for my Warhammer Ancients army!

A quick note about the next week or so of content release timing of the blog and podcast.  I will be off to T.O. the US Open in Kansas City with the team so while you can expect the content to be released it might be a bit early or late to accommodate my travel days to and from the event.  Rest assured you can expect lots of coverage of the event when I am back home.
