Happy Monday all and for those in the US Happy Independence Day (tomorrow)! Another week has come and gone so let's jump into my week of Warhammer hobby and fitness. Check it out after the break.
The mini-narrative AoS campaign I have been playing against my friends Aleks and Brad continues as game two saw Tayrathi and her forces in a desperate run across a massive board as the enemy closed in around The Tayrathian Cult. It was bloody with only Tayrathi and her guard of Executioners making off the board, but escape she did in order to prepare to defend her home Temple from this coming week's mega game! However, it is unknown or not if Tayrathi's missive to Morathi-Khaine was received and if any more aid will come in time. Tayrathi does have a few other options perhaps...
Fitness was a bit rough this week with only 2 days in and feeling sore and tired. Normally I would get a third day in, but I decided to take the final day off to rest and do a bit of active recovery and a short nap! Here is looking forward to this week's gym time!
On the 40k side of the hobby space I was able to paint up the new Apothecary from the LEvithan box set I was gifted a week back and I sorted through all the Drukhari and Aeldari Index sheets and printed out exactly what I needed for my Ynnari. If I am able to grab some index cards here soon I will, but for now, I am happy to have quick rules reference on hand for my 10th-ed games.
